Ordering
mainelement: love gift items are created, packaged and shipped upon order. This means your order will generally ship 5-7 days after payment is received, sometimes sooner. Please take this into consideration as a part of your planning timeline. Orders are processed in the order payment is received. Orders may be rushed for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering if you need a rush order.

Customer Provided Image Disclosure
Providing your own logos or images for your personalized gifts is supported and encouraged. Please be aware of the following when providing your own image:

• PMS color printing is not available at this time
• Images must be minimum of 300 dpi to be considered and is subject to resizing as needed
• The ability to use a provided image is evaluated and determined ONLY after I have reviewed and determined the qulity of the image

Please email me with your image PRIOR to placing your order.  If you do not and your image does not meet the reqirements your order will be canceled.

Returns
Due to the customization of mainelement: love's items per order, please be aware that all sales are final, and are not subject to return. Please verify that your order is correct prior to submitting payment. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 5 days from the date your order is received in order to request a replacement. Replacements will not be sent until the incorrect or damaged item is received by mainelement: love. Every effort will be made to supply a replacement as soon as possible. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping
Orders are generally shipped via UPS or USPS. If you wish to use an alternate method, please submit your request via the contact form. If you are in the Houston area and would like to pick up your products to avoid shipping charges, choose "Local Delivery" in the shipping menu. mainelement: love reserves the right to change ordering, shipping and/or pricing policies.

mainelement: love reserves the right to terminate any transactions due to insufficient information and/or reason to believe fraud. By ordering though mainelement: love's website , you the customer, hereby state full acknowledgement and acceptance of all stated terms and policies.
