List of My Ten Favorite Lists That Will Help You Improve Something, Somewhere, All the Time

In my never ending attempt to improve something somewhere all the time, I’ve decided to participate in a challenge to help me help you, by bringing you the best blog I can to enhance your mind, body and spirit. Well there are over 8000 others that are on this quest too. Many of my fellow bloggers posts’ from yesterday challenge are simply fabulous.  I wanted to share with you my favorite ten list posts from yesterday’s challenge.

Thanks Paula, I loved your post. Especially because #1 encoured reader to start small and not try to take on too much at one time. I’ve always struggled with that one.

This post actually spawned from my challenge post. I saw so many in the comments from the challenge post that I really liked, I wanted to share them. Little did I know, the next day’s challenge would encourage us to to just that. We’re learning, learning, learning!

Stress Management is easy, all i need to do is just take deep and slow breathes then meditate. listening to music also reduces stress.
